If any one need the kick or inspiration, then I might suggest either breaking down your present workout routine and diet or simply utilizing a less troublesome mixture of preworkout protein, carbs and juice (probably with some beta alanine for the shivering impact and conceivable ergogenic profits).
Other than this, pre-workout supplements only indirectly help with muscle/size gain by possibly helping you train "harder".
For example, with all things being equal, take 2 scenarios:
1.) You push yourself through 4 sets, 8 reps of squats @ 120kg with a pre-workout supplement 2.) You feel a little flat with no pre-workout and manage 4 sets of 6 reps @ 120kg.
